We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Toms River. This is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage, and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and its products
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and set proper brand flow
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales
- Obtain necessary tools to execute daily plans and communicate with Account Sales Managers
- Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPIs
- Support the team with audits, blitz, and merchandising
Requirements
- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years old
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory
- English; additional languages an advantage

Salary
- $19.95 to $22.05 per hour
