We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Cedar Hill. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager, and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a training program to develop skills for the Account Sales Manager role
- Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed
- Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format 'off-premise' stores
- Ensure effective service to customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, compliant with Red Bull executional standards
- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, the brand, and products
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling
- Obtain all necessary tools to execute the daily plan
- Communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities
- Train with Account Sales Managers
- Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed
- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
- Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, merchandising to drive sales
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
