We are seeking a Regional Implementation Manager to own and evolve Flexport's Implementation Methodology as our product suite expands.
You will build the playbook for implementing Flexport's ICP products, drive implementation workflows independently, manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, and partner with Sales and Operations to get new business live and delivered as sold.
Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve the Implementation Methodology, including task definitions, personas, ownership, timing, dependencies, and templates.
- Take ownership of implementation gaps and build new playbooks as needed.
- Partner with Sales and Operations as the client's primary point of contact during implementation.
- Lead implementation for new accounts and new business with existing clients.
- Scope awarded business and build implementation project plans.
- Own the critical path and readiness to support delivery.
- Adapt plans in real-time as conditions change.
- Report implementation status to leadership and flag barriers early.
- Close out implementations with project-style reviews.
Requirements:
- BA/BS with 4+ years in logistics, supply chain management/consulting, or freight forwarding.
- Self-starter with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Track record of scoping, planning, and closing client-facing, cross-functional projects.
- Sharp attention to detail and a bias for delivering ahead of schedule.

The US base salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000 USD.
