We are seeking a Trucking Pricing Associate to work within our trucking organization. You will manage pricing requests, bids, and formal RFPs across Drayage, Cartage/LTL, FTL, and Transload. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with demand and partner pricing teams to support the acquisition of strategic accounts
- Developing strategies to win trucking business for our freight forwarding client base
- Managing RFPs for trucking and coordinating with regional trucking procurement teams
- Providing account executives with trucking network intelligence to secure new business
- Setting up and driving new procurement strategies and programs
- Conducting complex network studies to develop recommendations on future trucking procurement
- Providing insights and visibility to regional procurement teams
- Enabling the global trucking team to accurately report on cost and net revenue
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, BBA or similar
- 3-5 years of prior experience as a Supply Chain Solutions Analyst or in Supply Chain or Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Venture Capital Research
- Experience in building complex data models on Excel, developing macros and prior SQL knowledge
- Experience in market research, building reporting tools and dashboards, and working on process improvement
- Experience working in the Logistics industry or developing strategy for ground transportation
The US base salary range for this position is $64,064-$80,080 USD.
