We're seeking a Production Supervisor – MP&L to lead transformation in our operations. As a critical leadership role, you'll shape culture, drive performance, and impact quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
As a Material Planning and Logistics Supervisor, you're the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You'll lead a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can excel.
- Act as a champion of workplace safety, enforcing regulations and fostering vigilance.
- Lead and direct a team to produce high-quality products, meeting or exceeding production targets.
- Prioritize critical tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and address safety and quality issues promptly.
- Embrace servant leadership, focusing on building high-performing teams and investing in their growth.
- Utilize data to drive improvements in efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation.
- Proactively address and mediate conflicts fairly and effectively.
- Champion accountability, managing performance and ensuring fairness.
- Collaborate with team members, unions, and management to continuously improve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or relevant experience.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) is beneficial.

This position is a salary grade 7, ranging from $86,600-$144,900.
