Logitech is seeking a Global Account Manager to drive commercial B2B growth across key enterprise accounts.

In this role, you will lead complex, high-value sales cycles, influencing C-suite executives and key decision-makers to position Logitech's enterprise solutions.

Your Contribution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive global account plans, coordinating with regional peers and cross-functional stakeholders to capture market share.
  • Drive direct engagement with VP- and C-level executives, leveraging consultative selling to map Logitech solutions to complex customer business needs.
  • Manage full-cycle sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue quotas, maintaining pipeline accuracy and forecasting rigor within Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Lead high-stakes RFPs, global pricing negotiations, deployment planning, and standards wins across complex, multi-region accounts.
  • Partner closely with System Integrators, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and alliance partners to streamline global fulfillment and execution.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and conduct hands-on solution demonstrations to communicate Logitech's value proposition.
  • Create strong stories using innovative technologies like AI for presentation purposes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in enterprise B2B sales managing large, global accounts with direct quota responsibility.
  • Deep understanding of Unified Communications (UC) and cloud-based solutions, with hands-on experience selling Video Collaboration hardware/software.
  • Proven history of building and running multi-stakeholder global account plans within enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce proficiency required; LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred).
  • Demonstrated success negotiating and closing large-scale RFPs and complex global deployments.
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills, with a track record of selling to C-suite decision-makers.

Compensation:

  • Annual OTE between $170,000 and $264,000, depending on location and experience.
