Electronic Arts is seeking an experienced game product expert to drive critical activities that support creating an optimal player experience for EA Sports FC. As an EA Sports FC Player Experience Analyst, you will be a key point of contact for decision-making from stakeholders across production and development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create data-driven insights, reports, and presentations to showcase trends and players' sentiment.
- Help promote game and experiential quality across FC by applying 'the voice of the player'.
- Be an advocate of 'the voice of the player' by creating a bridge between FC Live Platform Quality Verification and partners.
- Promote improvements across functional quality, with a main focus on experiential quality.
- Monitor internal communication channels, public discussion forums, and social media platforms to identify player-affecting issues and collect players' feedback.
- Coordinate with Production to prioritize recurring player feedback effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in Quality Assurance.
- 4+ years of experience with testing and defect tracking software, preferably Jira.
- 4+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Synthesize community feedback and player sentiment into clear, relevant insights that can be discussed with producers and Live Operations partners to improve the player experience.
- 2+ years of experience writing reports and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of gaming consoles and their systems.
- Experience using collaboration tools, preferably Confluence, Miro, and Slack.
- Experience working across different time zones and international teams.
- Understanding of football tactics and in-game strategies.
- A genuine love for football as a fan, player, referee, gamer, or coach.
