We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our EMEA GTM Finance & Strategy team at Anthropic. In this role, you will be a key partner to our EMEA go-to-market teams, providing financial expertise and guidance to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance, recommendations, and influence to go-to-market stakeholders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation decisions, leveraging an in-depth understanding of the company's financials
- Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis, build financial models, and recommend business decisions across a variety of areas, such as revenue goals, sales capacity planning and key strategic initiatives
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial reports, analyses, and forecasts, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making to stakeholders and executives
- Collaborate with other members of strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting counterparts, helping to align go-to-market with broader financial strategies and considerations
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience across strategic finance, FP&A, business partnering, consulting, investment banking, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience supporting or building out finance functions in international or EMEA markets
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and develop robust financial models
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort presenting financial information to non-finance audiences, including senior leadership
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning in a high-growth environment
- Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency financial environments and EMEA regulatory or statutory considerations
- A bias toward action, strong work ethic, and ability to drive outcomes under tight timelines

The annual compensation range for this role is €230,000 – €230,000 EUR.
