As a Sr. Analyst, Payroll at Logitech, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic Global Payroll team processing payrolls across the Americas region , covering the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery, while helping to drive continuous improvement across payroll operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of Logitech's end-to-end payroll for the Americas region
- Collaborate with payroll partners to collect and validate payroll inputs
- Conduct pre- and post-payroll reconciliations to eliminate anomalies
- Complete payroll fiscal close procedures, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Stay current on federal, state/provincial, and local payroll regulations
- Ensure compliance with payroll internal controls and facilitate internal and external audits
- Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and develop optimum processes
- Drive the payroll Global Finance Transformation roadmap, focusing on automation and scalable solutions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a senior analyst payroll role
- Experience working with Americas payroll (US required; Canada and LATAM experience is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field,or an equivalent payroll certification
- Solid understanding of US/Canadian payroll taxes, statutory deductions, and labor regulations
- Hands-on experience with Workday and/or Dayforce (Ceridian)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with HRIS data flow into downstream payroll and Finance/GL systems
