We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as an On Premise Sales Trainee in Bronx, NY. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage, and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge of Red Bull and its products
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and brand flow
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling
- Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans and communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers
- Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed and meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
- Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
What We Offer:
- Base salary range: $19.38 to $29.08 per hour
- Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience
