The Merchandiser Lead role involves servicing customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, ensuring proper stock levels, display, and rotation at large format retailers. The ideal candidate will support the Merchandising Manager with training and off-day coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Support Merchandisers to maximize service, communications, and engagement
- Complete onboarding of new merchandisers, certify readiness, and ensure adherence to Red Bull merchandising standards
- Act as main merchandising point of contact and communicate with the merchandising team in the absence of the Merchandising Manager
- Ensure Red Bull products are properly rotated and maintained, and equipment is set to current standards
- Maintain records for compliance with internal policy
- Execute and adhere to Red Bull merchandising processes and routines
- Evaluate competitors' activities and communicate with the Merchandising Manager or sales team
- Build, protect, and grow the Red Bull product portfolio
- Establish and maintain relationships with retail managers
Requirements:
- Prior merchandising experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid US Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle for work purposes with minimum insurance coverage
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
