Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Director Finance, FP&A to lead business support for its Shooters & Action Role-Playing Games (ARPG) portfolio.
The successful candidate will serve as an embedded and trusted senior advisor to Studio & Franchise businesses and teams, and as an experienced leader in the Global Finance organization, contributing to strategic functional initiatives and transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders across the business to support financial elements associated with the successful execution of Shooters / ARPG strategies.
- Provide actionable insights with a lens towards strategic execution and return on investments.
- Manage the holistic health of various businesses, including full P&L responsibility.
- Lead the financial planning process, including long-range, annual, and in-year planning cycles.
- Establish and track performance measurements across all major offerings and projects.
- Provide ad-hoc financial and decision support analysis in service of strategies and performance.
- Serve as a leadership partner on behalf of Shooters/ ARPG FP&A with other Finance teams and disciplines.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in senior-level roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience using modern ERP and FP&A planning platforms.
- Experience utilizing AI and technology solutions to improve financial processes, analytics, and decision-making.

- Excels in a dynamic business environment and can resolve complex business issues.
