Electronic Arts is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to join their Production Infrastructure & Engineering (PI&E) organization.

The successful candidate will coordinate large-scale engineering programs focused on system reliability, scaling, and automation. They will define and manage programs, roadmaps, milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and delivery needed for PI&E internal operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase adoption of SRE best practices such as AI automation to reduce toil, error budgets, SLIs/SLOs.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in all reliability projects.
  • Maintain quarterly roadmaps for SRE projects in collaboration with platform engineering teams, providing clear goals, scenarios, and customer requirements.
  • Establish and track metrics for operational performance, partner satisfaction, adoption, and retention to guide prioritization and measure the impact.
  • Manage programs that improve platform efficiency, usability, reliability, and deployment practices,including zero-downtime goals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
  • Previous experience supporting SRE practices.
  • Agile Scrum/Kanban proficiency.
  • Advanced capability in JIRA and JaaS project management platforms.
  • Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) distributed environments, and cloud computing.
