The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based care to patients, establish timely treatment plans, and build relationships with patients and team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans
- Collaborating with patients, clinicians, and team members
- Building and maintaining community relationships
Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
- State licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
