Standard Nuclear is seeking an Operations Manager in Richland, WA to manage the development of an advanced fuel production project.
The successful candidate will serve as Standard Nuclear's on-site project lead, responsible for managing the project schedule, action tracking, issue escalation, partner coordination, and execution visibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Execution & Schedule Management: Own the integrated project schedule, develop project plans, track milestones, and maintain action trackers.
- Installation & Commissioning Coordination: Coordinate installation and commissioning activities, track module delivery, and ensure required inputs and documentation are in place.
- Partner & Site Interface: Serve as Standard Nuclear's primary on-site project interface with Framatome, coordinate with partner teams, and ensure clear communication.
- Technical Coordination: Work with Standard Nuclear engineering and technical teams to resolve technical questions, support review and coordination of drawings and documentation.
- Documentation, Readiness & Turnover: Support completion and organization of installation checklists, commissioning records, and readiness documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations, Industrial Technology, or a related field, with 5-10+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing startup, commissioning, or technical program execution.
