As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting site production operations, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving strategic and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist staff in operational activities across various areas, including HSE, grower accounting, field operations, plant operations, human resources, accounts payable, procurement, and maintenance administration.
  • Participate in community outreach events representing the site.
  • Enter and validate information into computer/data systems.
  • Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Review and process freight payments, bulk shipments, and schedule deliveries.
  • Follow and communicate payroll policies and perform audits.
  • Support site initiatives and Production System improvements.
  • Assist with grower pricing, maintain contract/grower vendor data in SAP, and manage inbound/outbound trucking fleet during Harvest operations.
  • Understand the site accounts payable process and complete payments to vendors.
  • Support the site expense management program and assist site employees with expense reports.
  • Support Production Orders, inventory management, and SAP data entry.
  • Drive a company vehicle (pooled or assigned) as part of job duties.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, maintenance environment, or related field.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and/or desire to learn agriculture operations.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to rapidly connect and analyse data.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical insights precisely and actionably.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma plus 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, maintenance environment, or related field, OR AA/BS degree with no relevant experience.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $64,080.00 – $96,120.00 per year.
  • Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission.
