We are seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas.
As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and large format accounts.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Merchandising products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers to ensure full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics
- Rotating products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit
- Pulling and reporting any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange
- Ensuring all cold equipment, racks, and other point of sale materials are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards
- Maintaining clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness
- Supporting in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales
You will also be required to:
- Collaborate with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid US Driver's License
- A reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
- To be at least 18 years of age
- Experience in merchandising is a plus
- The ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- Strong communication skills in English, with additional languages being an advantage
