TGR Haas F1 Team is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the delivery of departmental and organisational objectives at their Banbury facility.
The role involves planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance checks, site improvement projects, and grounds maintenance activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the site
- Ensure all tasks are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Carry out regular statutory inspections, monthly PPM checks, and simple fixes
- Support building improvement projects and sustainability initiatives
- Identify and report asset life improvement opportunities
- Assist with office and furniture moves
- Coordinate with third-party contractors
The ideal candidate will have:
- GCSE or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role
- Basic health and safety awareness
- Experience in general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, basic electrical checks, and decorating
- Computer literacy and ability to read technical drawings and data
The role is a full-time fixed-term position for 5 months, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
