We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all equipment and facilities, performing preventative maintenance checks and procedures, and assisting with set up and change overs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all Multimatic New Haven Safety practices, policies, and procedures
• Perform machine diagnostics, trouble shooting, and repair
• Conduct machine installation and set up procedures
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed
• Carry out preventative maintenance procedures related to all manufacturing equipment
• Complete facility related repairs and project work as assigned
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily log sheets and downtime logs
• Coordinate with supervisors and managers to plan and execute work
• Be self-driven with minimal supervision
• Have or acquire all necessary hand tools to perform the job
