The Merchandiser (Part Time) role services customers in a safe manner, maintaining stock levels and rotating products correctly at large format off-premise stores. The ideal candidate will support sales by growing partnerships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Red Bull products are rotated and maintained following product rotation standards, minimizing Out of Code and Damaged Product concerns
- Ensure Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order
- Accomplish Red Bull merchandising processes and routines
- Evaluate competitors' activities and communicate with the Merchandising Manager or sales team
- Build and protect the Red Bull product portfolio
- Notify the Account Sales Manager for pick-up or exchange of dented, damaged, or out-of-code products, out-of-stock items, and Quality Point of Distribution (QPOD) opportunities
- Maintain professional relationships with retail managers of accounts
- Work with sales team members to build new programs and sell large displays
- Collaborate across the organization and share best practices
- Lead by example and follow Company standards and Red Bull Values
- Represent the Red Bull brand through responsible driving and in-market presence
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle for work purposes with minimum insurance coverage
- At least 18 years old
- Experience in merchandising is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English language skills; additional languages an advantage
