We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee in South Bend. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role, where you will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects.
Responsibilities
- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including the brand and products
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling
- Obtain all necessary tools to execute the daily plan, including insights, displays, Point of Sale, and Pricing
- Effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities
- Train with Account Sales Managers
- Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed
- Meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
- Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, and merchandising to drive sales
Requirements
- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
