We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Cleveland. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager, and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a training program to develop skills for the Account Sales Manager role
- Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales
- Obtain necessary tools to execute daily plans and communicate with Account Sales Managers
- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
- Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising
Requirements
- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
