SpaceXAI is seeking an AV Administrator to design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge audio-visual systems for collaboration, presentation, and event spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Engineer unique AV solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AV solutions that meet specific needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest AV technologies to ensure innovative, reliable, and user-friendly solutions.
  • Build amazing spaces: Work with construction, Spaceport, and design teams to create immersive spaces that showcase the brand and culture.
  • Ensure spaces are equipped with state-of-the-art AV systems that support collaboration, productivity, and creativity.
  • Support events: Provide technical expertise for SpaceX and Spaceport events, including Starship launches, village gatherings, and concerts.
  • Ensure seamless execution of AV systems, lighting, and automation for exceptional event experiences.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • 2+ years of experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, software, and IP networks within a mid to large enterprise environment for AV support.
  • Q-SYS Level 1 Certification.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with construction CAD drawings, Power/Data line drawings, signal flow, and AV concepts.
  • Q-SYS Level 2 and Control Certifications.
  • Experience with Dante and AES67 protocols.
  • Knowledge of state-of-the-art technology and industry standards for live show and installed AV systems.
  • Experience deploying SACN and Art-Net lighting control systems.
  • LED wall installation experience.
  • Experience splicing and terminating various cable types.
  • Experience with sound and acoustic design/engineering.
  • Expertise in customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
  • Working knowledge of video conferencing solutions and support.

Additional Requirements:

  • Physically fit to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Must be willing to travel.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $115,000.00 – $135,000.00 USD per year
