Electronic Arts is seeking an Associate Producer for its EA SPORTS team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is a 12-month contract position that offers the opportunity to work on high-profile marketing campaigns and develop production skills.
The Associate Producer will support multiple franchises and experienced Producers in delivering high-quality video and design assets. Key responsibilities include:
- Tracking resources, maintaining production tools and asset libraries
- Coordinating meetings and keeping projects organized and on schedule
- Serving as a point of contact for incoming production requests
- Supporting day-to-day production operations
- Partnering with internal Production and CFX teams to coordinate global asset distribution
- Providing operational and administrative support to Franchise Production leadership
Requirements include:
- 1-3 years of experience in production coordination or a similar role
- Experience supporting creative production, marketing, or cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools
