Your responsibilities will include:

• Navigating the complex world of customs regulations to ensure goods comply with international laws.
• Managing the essential documents and data needed for smooth customs clearance to CBP.
• Collaborating with international clients and logistics partners, providing them with timely information and support.
• Using Flexport's technology to optimize customs processes and provide data to clients.
• Participating in client business reviews and operational calls, gaining direct exposure to high-level strategy.
• Following and helping improve our standard operating procedures to make our work even smarter.

This role is for you if you:

• Recently earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Have a 'compliance-first' mindset, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and regulatory adherence.
• Are a natural problem-solver who pays close attention to details.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, can adapt to new technology, and aren't afraid of a tight deadline.
• Are a master of organization who can prioritize and manage a large volume of tasks with minimal supervision.
