Job Overview
We are seeking a Supervisor, IT Support to manage a team of IT Services Technicians at SpaceXAI, a company focused on developing AI systems to understand the universe and aid human knowledge.
About the Role
As a Supervisor, IT Support, you will lead a world-class team of IT Services Technicians providing end-user support, deploying new hardware, and resolving non-standard technical issues. You will need to be flexible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on technical management role where you will coach, motivate, and lead the team while making technical contributions and challenging decisions.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and evaluate IT Services technicians
- Delegate tasks and develop work schedules
- Monitor the ticket queue for quality assurance
- Resolve complex technical issues and identify root causes
- Collaborate with management on project planning and execution
- Provide reports on team activities, performance, and operational issues
- Escalate service requests to relevant teams as needed
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Participate in IT Services supply chain and inventory management
- Build relationships with third-party vendors
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a corporate IT helpdesk or desktop support environment
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems and applications
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organizational skills
- Experience with standard client applications
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $91,800 – $137,700 USD. Our total rewards package includes equity, comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and various discounts and perks.
