Spotify's Product & Regulatory team within Legal Affairs is seeking a resourceful operator to manage day-to-day product and regulatory compliance work. The ideal candidate will own document management, regulatory monitoring, terms updates, and cross-functional special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Own and improve document management for the product and regulatory team
- Build and maintain regulatory monitoring practices
- Manage terms-of-service and policy update processes end-to-end
- Project-manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Support responses to regulatory requests for information (RFIs) and audits
- Develop and maintain internal playbooks, process documentation, and communications
- Coordinate with Product, Trust & Safety, and Engineering to keep operational controls and reporting processes on track
- Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in operations, program management, or legal operations in a tech, digital-platform, or media environment
- Familiarity with online-platform regulation (DMA, DSA, UK OSA, AUS OSA, COPPA) is a plus
- Proven project manager with excellent communication skills
- Resourceful and scrappy with experience in document management and knowledge organization
- Comfortable working across global time zones and cultures in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, or similar)
The role offers a salary range of $125,701 – $179,574 plus equity, health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave.
