We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to drive Airbnb's incubation engine, building and launching new business ideas that extend beyond its core stays offering.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of consumer product management experience, a track record of taking 0→1 product ideas through incubation, piloting, and graduation to scaled products, and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple incubation tracks simultaneously.
• Translate new business ideas and hypotheses into clear MVP scopes.
• Design and run pilots with clearly defined success criteria and measurable OKRs.
• Build strong working relationships with business development, partnerships, and external partners.
• Craft compelling product narratives for new incubations.
• Develop and maintain a prioritization framework that balances multiple concurrent incubation tracks against core product demands.
• Foster open communication and curiosity across a scrappy, fast-moving team.
• Operate with speed and quality, shipping features, learning, and iterating with high throughput.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of consumer product management experience.
• Track record of taking 0→1 product ideas through incubation, piloting, and graduation to scaled products.
• Strong business acumen.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience developing product narratives and working with marketing and communications.
• Comfortable doing hands-on individual contributor product work.
• Demonstrated curiosity and point of view on incorporating AI tools into the product workflow.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with marketplace or travel/hospitality products.
• Background in new business development, venture, or startup-style teams within a larger organization.
• Familiarity with platform-based product development.
• Experience building products powered by partnerships or external API integrations.

How We'll Take Care of You: The base pay range is $232,000-$282,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
