Microsoft AI is seeking a Principal Privacy Product Manager for its Health vertical. This role involves designing and implementing privacy strategies for health AI products, such as Copilot Health and frontier AI model development.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in health data and privacy, as well as experience in product management and engineering. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive privacy decisions, define product controls, and lead implementation execution.
Responsibilities:
- Guide privacy decisions across the product experience, including feature design and sensitive data use
- Set and prioritize privacy controls for health AI scenarios and translate them into engineering requirements
- Lead privacy design reviews for health AI features, including data handling and user-facing transparency
- Own data governance expectations across the health product lifecycle
- Monitor emerging health and data policy developments and drive prioritized control changes
- Drive privacy program improvements through repeatable patterns, tooling recommendations, and governance metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in product management or software development
- 6+ years of experience disrupting a market for a product or feature
- 4+ years of practical experience creating and maintaining compliance programs and conducting privacy reviews
Preferred qualifications include experience in health privacy, health policy, and health data governance, as well as working knowledge of health regulations and industry frameworks.
