We are seeking a paralegal to join our global legal team on a 7-month fixed-term contract. As a paralegal, you will gain significant exposure to the complex legal, governance, and regulatory framework of asset management and provide support for a range of work encompassing technology and other contracts around the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all phases of the contract life-cycle, including initial review, negotiation, and execution
- Provide support on various data protection issues in Asian jurisdictions
- Provide support on broader, inter-jurisdictional projects and assist in project management
- Review and draft NDAs
- Provide support on due diligence reviews
Requirements:
