We are seeking an Environment, Health & Safety Manager to support our North America factory team in Millville, NJ.
As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for driving a safe, compliant, and forward-thinking manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating incidents, near misses, and environmental events
- Conducting audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting
- Managing hazardous waste, permits, and environmental monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with ISO, OSHA, and environmental standards
- Building and embedding a strong Culture of Care
- Collaborating with site leadership, global EHS team, and partner Innovation Foods
- Identifying risks and implementing practical solutions
- Coaching leaders and teams on safe behaviors and accountability
- Leading emergency response readiness and fire safety programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Environmental Science or similar
- 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, preferably in food/beverage
- Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene, audits, and compliance frameworks
- Confidence working with regulators (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Ability to influence and build sound relationships
- Proven compliance expertise and ability to build a strong safety culture

The salary for this role will be based on various factors, with a good faith estimate for base salary being $90,000.
