As a Marketing Intern, you will support MHP Americas' marketing activities and gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Content Support:
  • Assist with the creation and updating of marketing materials, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and other promotional content.
  • Help create content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Support the maintenance of marketing and content calendars.
  • Proofread and review materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Support the development and organization of sales materials, including pitch decks, client presentations, and case studies.
  • Assist with updating existing materials to ensure information is current and follows MHP brand standards.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales team members on materials needed to support client and business development activities.
  • Events & Webinars:
  • Assist with planning and coordinating client events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities.
  • Support event logistics, attendee communications, invitations, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Help with event preparation and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Partner Marketing:
  • Support marketing activities with MHP strategic partners, including SAP, Siemens, and other technology partners.
  • Assist with coordinating materials, communications, and logistics for joint campaigns and events.
  • Brand & Digital Marketing:
  • Help ensure marketing materials follow MHP brand and visual guidelines.
  • Assist with social media and other digital marketing activities.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and marketing opportunities within the technology, automotive, and manufacturing industries.
  • Marketing Analytics & Administration:
  • Assist with tracking basic marketing and event metrics.
  • Help maintain marketing files, contact lists, campaign information, and other marketing resources.
  • Provide general project and administrative support for marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates may also be considered.
  • Experience:
  • Previous internship, school project, student organization, or other experience related to marketing, communications, social media, or event planning is preferred but not required.
  • Interest in B2B marketing, technology, consulting, automotive, or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new marketing tools and technologies.
