Join our team as a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant in our outpatient clinic at Jefferson Park, working alongside a Physical Therapist to administer patient treatments and educate patients, family members, and caregivers on daily routines.
Your Responsibilities:
- Administer and assist with various physical therapy treatments
- Establish strong relationships with patients to help them exceed functional goals
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and team members
- Build and maintain community relationships
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapist assistant program
- State Licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association
Compensation & Bonus Structure:
- Base Salary: $80,000-100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available
