[Job Summary]

This position is responsible for providing support to the Assistant Manager and Manager, analysis of sales data for the company within the commercial department, and communication with customers.

– Assists with Volume and Revenue forecasting and month accrual, revenue, and volume reporting.

– Provides recommendations to Management related to market and customer strategies.

– Performs sales price verification with customers;

– Maintains SAP system data timely and accurately as required.

– Communicates with customers to assist to resolve concerns.

– Provides information on customer requests and reporting.

– Responsible for Sales Retro Billing/Invoices.

– Assisting with parts shipments as needed by working with other departments.

– Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred.

– Prior working experience in Auto manufacturing industry strongly preferred

– Korean-English bilingual candidate required due to communication with the Korean Customers and Suppliers (most of communication, written and verbal, is in Korean language).

– Understanding of industry and Customers (Hyundai, Kia) strongly preferred.

– 2-4 years of experience in a similar role required.

– Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

– Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.

– Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline driven environment.
