We are seeking a Business Manager – International Operations to join our team at Middle Office in London.
The successful candidate will lead cross-regional initiatives across International Operations, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, milestones and disciplined delivery tracking. They will provide business management, coordination and governance support across key International Operations priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-regional initiatives across International Operations
- Providing business management, coordination and governance support
- Driving structured reporting, action tracking and senior stakeholder updates
- Tracking international strategy deliverables and escalating where needed
- Supporting the India migration agenda and overseeing the Global Activity Tracker
- Producing high-quality weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for senior leadership
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business management, operations strategy, program governance, project delivery or business analysis, ideally within a hedge fund, investment banking or broader financial markets environment. They will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail and analytical capability, with advanced Excel skills and a data-oriented approach to problem-solving and reporting.
