CoreWeave is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Product Regulatory to join its Legal and Government Affairs team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping how CoreWeave develops, launches, and scales its products in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
The Associate General Counsel will report to the Senior Director & Lead Managing Counsel, Privacy, Regulatory & Compliance, and will be responsible for setting the legal framework for product design, review, approval, launch, and operation. They will advise senior leaders and partner with various teams, including Product, Engineering, and Commercial Legal, to translate complex requirements into practical decisions and scalable controls.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and maturing CoreWeave's product regulatory governance program
- Leading legal reviews of new and evolving products, features, and infrastructure initiatives
- Partnering with Product and Engineering to embed privacy by design and default, responsible AI, and security into product architecture
- Advising Supply Chain and Global Operations on product-related regulatory matters
- Monitoring and interpreting US and international laws related to product, privacy, AI, and cybersecurity
- Leading significant regulatory inquiries, audits, investigations, and policy engagements
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant legal experience, including substantial experience counseling complex technology products. They will possess deep expertise in multiple regulatory areas relevant to AI and cloud products, such as AI governance, privacy and data protection, and cybersecurity.
CoreWeave offers a competitive salary range of $177,000 to $237,000, a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 100% paid for by CoreWeave, company-paid Life Insurance, and flexible PTO.
