Anthropic is seeking an AI Fluency Education Lead to create courses and content that teach people how AI works and how to work well with AI.
The AI Fluency Education Lead will own the curriculum for general-public AI fluency end to end, curate and create AI fluency material, build AI-assisted production pipelines, turn research frameworks into material that resonates with various audiences, learn from and co-create with outside institutions, prototype learning formats, and measure whether the teaching worked.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the curriculum for general-public AI fluency end to end
- Curating and creating AI fluency material
- Building AI-assisted production pipelines
- Turning research frameworks into material that resonates with various audiences
- Learning from and co-creating with outside institutions
- Prototyping learning formats that only work with AI in the loop
- Measuring whether the teaching worked
The ideal candidate has deep experience designing content and curricula for adult learners at significant scale, exceptional writing skills for general audiences, experience making multimedia learning content, a working practice of using LLMs as infrastructure, and enough technical comfort to build light tooling and automations.
The annual compensation range for this role is $270,000-$365,000 USD.
