The Electrical Maintenance Engineer I focuses on ensuring the consistent performance and reliability of systems and equipment within the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse data to identify potential failures and implement reliability-centred maintenance strategies
- Develop improvement plans to enhance operational uptime and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Establish metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and integrate best practices for long-term reliability and efficiency
- Understand and follow Bayer electrical and instrumentation norms, practices, and standards
- Support improvement projects, specify instruments and electrical components, and review vendor information
- Prepare maintenance plans, assist other engineers and technicians, and create documentation
- Engage in continued development and comply with site safety rules
Required qualifications:
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related science
Preferred qualifications:
- 0-2 years engineering experience, preferably in a plant operation function
- Prior Ruveon co-op experience
