As an assembly technician at CX2, you will play a crucial role in assembling drones and electronics assemblies. Your daily tasks will involve working with engineers and technicians to read and interpret work orders, performing light repairs, and using hand tools and soldering stations.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the manufacturing and engineering teams to perform final assembly of drones and antenna assemblies
- Perform soldering of electrical components and installation of wire assemblies
- Complete all work instructions
- Document non-conformances and recommend improvements to builds
- Be flexible and willing to learn new assembly processes and product lines
Success Metrics:
- High-quality builds with minimal rework and clean workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and identify and solve assembly issues
- Attention to detail with physical work and paperwork
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using hand tools such as drills, torque wrenches, and socket sets
- Experience using measurement tools like rules and calipers
- Experience reading and following work instructions with attention to detail
- US citizen or person (Green Card holder) with the right to work in export control defense manufacturing
