Multimatic Butler is expanding its workforce and searching for dynamic individuals to join its team.

As a Production Operator, you will assemble and load materials, work in process and finished goods, ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently perform all assignments
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Operate machines, set up and changeover
  • Follow oral and written instructions, and communicate clearly with co-workers and supervision
  • Review process books daily for new quality or process changes
  • Perform minor troubleshooting, minor machine repair, and basic preventative maintenance
  • Assist other material handlers with production duties as needed
  • Ensure all production paper is filled out completely and accurately
  • Participate in corrective action or continuous improvement activities
  • Ensure all quality standards are met
  • Rework product as required
  • Attend future training as deemed necessary
  • Load, unload, and assemble products
  • Train future individuals in this position

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to safely operate machinery and material handling equipment
  • Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to read and use measuring tools such as micrometers and dial calipers
  • Reasoning ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
