We are seeking a Clinical Manager/Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation team in Joliet, Illinois. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining clinical caseload, overseeing clinic metrics, staff growth and development, and working alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clinical caseload
  • Oversight of clinic metrics, schedule utilization, and physician outreach/relationship
  • Staff growth and development, including fostering an environment for patient-centric care and collaborative team efforts
  • Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume

Qualifications:

  • Degree of an accredited physical/occupational therapy curriculum
  • Certification in Physical/Occupational Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university
