We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Sacramento. This training role prepares you for the Account Sales Manager position, supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage.
Responsibilities
- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and its distribution company
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and set brand flow following Red Bull standards
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales
- Obtain necessary tools to execute daily plans and communicate with ASMs/DSMs on priorities
- Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
- Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years old
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage

Salary
- $21.47 to $23.73 per hour
