The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based, quality care to patients, establish timely treatment plans, and build relationships with patients, families, and hospital team members.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Build and maintain community relationships
Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
- State licensure
- Basic Life Support certification
