We're building agentic media planning at Brainlabs. This role owns how it works. You'll own the underlying process, contribute to refining it over time, and support the 3rd party integrations that power it. You will be responsible for the bridge between our planners and the media our agents run on.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end to end media planning process across national and local, digital and offline
- Document, refine, and continuously improve how planning gets done at Brainlabs
- Own the technical integrations behind the process including APIs, data feeds, and connections to media planning data and tech providers
- Partner with product and engineering to spec, build, and ship tooling that supports the workflow
- Translate planner needs into clear technical requirements
- Validate that automated outputs match what an experienced planner would produce
- Manage delivery across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Requirements:
- Deep tactical media planning experience in the US, national and local
- First hand planning and buying experience across the full integrated mix, digital and offline
- Strong existing relationships with US media planning data, research, and technology providers
- Hands on experience with APIs and automated workflows
- Proven project management skills across complex programs
- A process mindset. You see workflows, gaps, and the right place to put automation
Preferred Experience:
- Experience contributing to internal tool or application development
- Familiarity with agentic AI workflows or LLM based tooling
