The Performance Programme Lead will be responsible for coordinating and providing operational support across the Performance groups, ensuring effective programme governance, alignment, and execution of key engineering activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing programme coordination and project governance support for cross-functional initiatives
- Supporting budgeting processes and tracking
- Compiling technical reports for external regulatory submissions
- Producing concise management reporting for senior stakeholders
- Facilitating effective cross-functional communication and alignment
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM discipline
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate delivery in high-pressure, performance-driven environments
- Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting, recruitment coordination, and contract management
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Working knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices
