TGR Haas F1 Team, a stalwart of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship, is seeking a skilled Garage and Infrastructure Technician to join their team in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
The successful candidate will report to the Freight and Logistics Infrastructure Manager or their designee and will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within their area of responsibility, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high standards of service, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and maintain the garage infrastructure system to the expected standard
- Assist with loading and unloading of Air Freight and Road Freight trucks
- Service, maintain, build, test, and repair sea freight kits
- Provide support during race weekends and at the factory
- Maintain pit equipment and ensure cleanliness and condition of work areas
Requirements:
- GCSE or High School diploma in a relevant discipline
- Experience with insulation and mechanical projects
- Experience in a professional motorsport environment or high-pressured industry preferred
- Ability to diagnose equipment faults and create solutions
- Strong analytical skills and ability to overcome technical and operational issues
- Valid Category B driving license
