Home Improvement Sales Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Home Improvement Sales Manager with a strong background in residential exterior remodeling and a proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of the full home improvement process, including roofing, siding, gutters, soffit & fascia, windows, and other exterior remodeling services.
This is a leadership position for someone who understands both the products and how to sell them.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, coach, and manage the Home Improvement Sales Team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and closing rates.
- Monitor sales performance and establish individual and team goals.
- Conduct sales training and help representatives improve their closing skills.
- Follow up on leads, appointments, estimates, and opportunities.
- Assist sales representatives with difficult customers and closing opportunities.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Build relationships with homeowners and provide professional consultations.
- Identify opportunities for additional home improvement services.
- Work closely with Operations and Project Management to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production.
- Track sales KPIs and provide regular performance reports to management.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Home Improvement Sales Management.
- Strong knowledge of residential exterior remodeling.
- Previous experience managing or leading sales representatives.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to train and motivate a sales team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer appointments when needed.
