We're looking for friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Assistants to join our team. If you enjoy meeting new people, delivering excellent service and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to Members and guests.
- Take food and drink orders and deliver attentive service throughout the guest experience.
- Prepare and maintain restaurant and bar areas to the highest standards.
- Monitor your section and anticipate guest needs wherever possible.
- Build a strong knowledge of menus, daily specials and events taking place across The Kennels.
- Maximise opportunities to recommend and upsell products and services.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and a good standard of spoken and written English.
- A positive, friendly and professional approach.
- The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Great attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile.
