Electronic Arts is seeking an Assistant Producer for the EA SPORTS™ FC Mobile, Business Operations team.
As one of the largest sports entertainment platforms in the world, EA SPORTS FC is redefining football with genre-leading interactive experiences, connecting a global community of fans to The World's Game through innovation and unrivaled authenticity.
The Assistant Producer will work closely with central organizations such as Publishing, Marketing, ASO, Legal & Release Management teams on behalf of the Development Team helping to manage & organize live event promotions, draft messaging for players and provide operational support to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the community management team to understand our users' needs & write critical in-game communications that serve our audience
- Work with Fan Care teams, helping provide guidance on communications to provide information to fans & players
- Draft engaging marketing copy that meets legal & licensing requirements, shows a clear understanding of the game & the value for users
- Review in-game copy for campaigns & tutorials, improving their quality & tone for an EN reading audience
- Work with interdisciplinary global teams to coordinate marketing deliverables and ensure their highest quality and success
- Identify opportunities to grow our live operations services and tools, and work in collaboration with multiple partner groups
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience working in games development or games social media as a social media manager, producer, game designer or equivalent
- Communications experience – drafting copy for games in or a major social media account
- A passion for global football/soccer & ability to discuss current teams & players in leagues such as the EPL, LALIGA or specific popular clubs
- Basic Photoshop skills, experience using the tool for social media is an asset
- Organizational skills, we expect you to be self-motivated and manage your priorities effectively
- A passion for providing a safe, and inclusive environment for all team members
- Ability to speak more than one language is an asset
