We are seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at PT Solutions Physical Therapy in San Antonio, Texas. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive.
The successful candidate will take ownership of key administrative and communication processes that keep our practice moving. This includes verifying insurance coverage and securing prior authorizations, coordinating physician referrals, and optimizing schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
- Verify insurance coverage and manage benefits
- Obtain authorization and prior authorization
- Manage over-the-counter collections and reconcile charges weekly and monthly
- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
Qualifications:
- High school or GED diploma required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
